
Heather’s training philosophy is rooted in over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning training, which has not only enhanced physical strength but also fortified her mental resilience in the face of life's challenges.
Heather’s fitness journey has encompassed various disciplines, including Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Powerlifting competitions. Throughout this journey, she discovered that her greatest weakness lay in the lack of mental strength. It was through a series of failures, continuous trials, and errors that she understood the importance of perseverance. She learned that true success was achieved through the combination of hard work, dedicated time, and consistent effort, which formed the bedrock of her understanding of what true strength means.
Recognizing that her own well-being is crucial in order to effectively serve my community, she has made it her mission to enlighten and educate others about the path to becoming their best selves.
